Social Performance Marketing Specialist

Castlery is growing rapidly and continues to disrupt the traditional furniture landscape. As Social Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be expected to manage and execute all forms of social media marketing across the US, Singapore, and Australian markets. The Social Performance Marketing Specialist will need to coordinate with Brand, Creative, and Product teams to ensure social media marketing is reaching its full potential.

Job Responsibilities 

• Plan, build and execute ad buys across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest). 
• Monitor and report on day-to-day performance and make routine optimisations to hit growth targets. 
• Manage significant budgets across three markets Castlery operates in, making the correct budget allocation decisions for performance. 
• Conduct continuous testing on format, ad content, copy, targeting and bidding to ensure strong performance. 
• Keep abreast of social marketing trends to ensure Castlery is always a pioneer in performance marketing. 

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager. 
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a passion for data analytics. 
• Independent self-starter who is quick to identify issues, investigate, and propose solutions. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and perform a variety of tasks over the course of the workday. 
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience using Excel in business settings is a plus.  
• Bachelor’s Degree from recognized universities. Degree in quantitative fields is a plus.
